In our version "System version: 11.0.1.10000-10", when you try to add a TP; you get the following pop-up: Translation Pattern cannot begin with .!@-+?Even when you try to update an existing ! TP, you get the same message.
Thanks for the document.FYI - In CUCM version 11, you will no longer be able to start the translation pattern with '!'.Instead I used 'X!' which worked for me.
