Updated: Replication was the issue. Not sure why it stopped but a reboot of the Publisher solved the problem.

Its from the SUB (as Administrator). When I try to access ccadmin from the PUB, the URL hangs! (Uh Oh!)Added: Looks like the Publisher can no longer be contacted. I'll try restrting that box.
