Why is web browsing slower by about 1/2 when go to web thru VPN. When I browse web directly from PIX to Internet I am twice as fast. Could it be MTU settings?

Sorry, vlan3 was supposed to be 10.152.0.1.I changed that -saved running config , but it still does not route. I have a PC pluged into vlan3 set with ip of 10.152.0.10/24 DG= 10.152.0.1, but I cannot ping to 10.2.114.18 or 17.Thanks
