Hi,Every time we receive an incoming call on the attendant console it automatically launches the AC window to the front on the PC.This is great but my receptionist is becoming increasingly frustrated as when she is typing an email etc it keeps launch...

When I place an outgoing call on CM 4.1 I am getting the international / internal ringing tone instead of the standard UK tone.Does anyone know how I can change this?Many thanks

Hi,Is it possible for users to set up speed dials on phones where we have assigned the DDI number to the DN instead of setting up extension mobility?

Thanks for the reply but I dont seem to be able to find the setting you are talking about.We are running call manager 4.1

Thansk but I have actually already resolved this by putting the correct CP TONE into the router config.

Thanks for the speedy response Dave, it's a shame that they dont have any standard recording with an English accent.As for the locale, thanks for that as that answers another question I had.
