I had a similar issue, but finally got it figured it out.
My settings for my second VLAN differ somewhat from yours so see take a look and try it.
Keep in mind if you don't get this right you can lock yourself out of your router.

Interesting, with my ASA 5505, my download drops from 12Mbps down to a nasty 2Mbps, but my upload is solid. I'm on Cable. I'm trying to figure it all out still.
No ideas, but I'm having the exact same problem with an ASA 5505. I was reading some other posts about forcing the duplex, etc. rather than setting it to auto. Haven't played with that yet. I may mess with it to see if it helps.
