I spent now 6hours to figure out how to concect. It wont work x_x Soon I throw it out of the window, Im serious.

I go with http. I didnt check active x installation, but I can't even ping the switch. I doubt that's the point of failure.The admin guide is what I followed after I failed and it basicly tells me the same things I already did... go without DHCP and ...
