good question.if you cant get on the console, then try to put a cisco device on the switch and see if they become cdp neighbors. then you can do a "sh cdp nei det" and get the IP.sniffer should work too...jd.

yes 1130. i hate to be a bbreaker but, saying 2.0 is too old doesn't really work for me. i used to be in tac and i know that using the newer software is better, but it's not like CDs have a shelf life.i am, however, in the process of buring the 2.9...
