Hi Guys, I am facing an issue while dialing one extension to the other extension it takes 15 secs. If I dial a no. from an extension it waits for 15 secs then you can hear the ring of the other extension. How can I reduce the same.

Thank you but this is happening only for the internal calls extension to extension but for the outside calls it's working fine it makes the calls quick.. so do i need to make the changes in the CUCM server?

@Marvin Rhoads just one more thing can we get the any connect license and deploy it on firewall..and start using the VPN..is it necessary for the we should have FMC?
