The reports in WCS are very inadequate. If the report is over 100,000 records I can't run it. I can't customize the reports like I need to also. Is there a way to make these reports work better? Can I export the whole database into something else...
Has anyone used the two CSA MC setup? I have some CSA's that cannot get to the first CSA MC and would like to setup a second for these CSA's to get updates from and then have the Second CSA MC use the database on the First CSA MC. Can this be done?
