I am able to add SNMP devices like switches, firewall, wireless....etc. But are things like UCS servers, Call Manager or others added the same way? I am not seeing anything directly showing me how to add all my other Cisco stuff beyond switch/route...
I still have this issue after more than a week. It says "Thanks for logging in, your account will be available within 24 hours.Check back later." I am pretty sure I've followed all the blogs and directions properly - it got me this far!

No idea what to do with it now. Both manual upgrade items said they updated successfully...but nothing has changed. I *really* don't want to start all over, deploying a new system because this won't update properly.
