Is it possible using Catalyst 3560 as load balancing? FW > Catalyst 3560 > Web Server. I have never using any switch for the load balancing and have no experience at all for this usage.Can anyone help on this subject?Thanks.

Nope. It doesn't work. Log has enable and show in real time. I was able to ping and shown icmp from the log. RDP from 192.168.1.x to 192.168.2.x shown nothing in the log.
