Issue is solved. It seemed the "Guest Location" was linked to a wrong time-zone. Accounts were not yet activated (due to time difference). Changing it solved the problem.

This sounds like a plausible solution!
I've already tried this option, however, the DHCP packets get stuck in the WGB. They don't arrive at the client (they are sent by the WLC to the WGB).
