I am running Cisco CIAC-GW-K9 software version 1.3.1(0.3.8), when I connect the Nedap Upass reader close to the gateway the Nedap reader works. When I connect the Nedap reader about 35 metres away, I get a Reader Decode Failed.
HiWe are using HID Readers and Mifare cards on CPAM, we received the message Reader Decode Failed when we swipe the cardDoes anyone know how to setup creditials/ template for the HID readers within CPAM
