Added my post. Manually we changed to "ONLINE" status. Our OS and Data is alive. But, Not only one server of fifty servers. (renderfarm severs) This problem occurred randomly of fifty servers.

Yes, Just one HDD. We configured RAID 0 virtual drive using one HDD.
