Just to clarify, this is a single-site UC500 installation, where they want to direct calls coming in from outside- POTS (specific area codes) to specific internal extensions.
Since this is a UC500 system, I have been using Cisco Conf Assistant to configure, which does not have these options. Is there a way to use another configuration tool to configure these options.Thanks!
