I am trying to enable multicast mode on standalone AP.

It is not on bridge mode and it should not be bridge mode because of whole designation.
I know it is on standalone mode and I am not quite sure why the command you specified helps the way to setup standalone/multicast.

Also Cisco vendor officially answered me it does not work on standalone mode.
I doubt if it true though.

I have tried the "no ip igmp snooping" command as you mentioned.
Even if it worked for some people on the thread you referred.
Probably, it works for 1130 or 1142 series but not on 1702 or 2702 series.
Or maybe some config on L3SW I...
