when a user attempts to connect to the vpn they receive the following message:The connectin manager was unable to read the connection entry, or the connection entry has missing or invalid information.
I have already tried that but that didn't work. I also tried stopping and restarting the ciscovpn service and that didn't work. The only thing that seems to work is reinstalling the vpn. Any other ideas?
