when a user attempts to connect to the vpn they receive the following message:
The connectin manager was unable to read the connection entry, or the connection entry has missing or invalid information.

It might because user profile is corrupted or missed configed for some reason.
Please creat a new connection entry, it should be working fine again.

I have already tried that but that didn't work. I also tried stopping and restarting the ciscovpn service and that didn't work. The only thing that seems to work is reinstalling the vpn. Any other ideas?
