When is the version (2.0?) of the Call Connector For Microsoft Windows going to be released? Also will it include 64 bit support, and or Mac support on the client side.

I was told that the caller id information cannot be passed thru to the CUE, so that when voice mail is delivered to the inbox it shows name and number.  I don't understand why this would not work since it it passes the number just fine.  user see unk...
