I have a ASA 5510 with a IPS that has duplicate ip address.

And now I can't log into the IPS using Cisco IME. Any way to change the IP address on the IPS from the ASA? 

Configs are different which one is best?

How do I get my ips .lic file into my asa?

I have the file on my desktop not a ftp server or http web server. I can't log via asdm but I can login with "session 1". I tried "copy license-key  C:\Users\user1.TOM.001\Desktop\JAF1544AEDS_20130339082809607.lic" It did not work?
