Are you sure it's default? Have you tried copying the default cfg file from a recent software pack to the flash and then the startup config and reloading to make sure that it's default?
I tested this in my lab and the VM system does tell me the voicemail box is full before blindly forwarding the call to the operator extension. What version of CUE?
Unless something is physically wrong with the two cleats on the MB or the holes in the phone’s base I don't see how the whole phone is falling off. Do you mean the whole phone or do you mean the handset?
Have you tried using a different script or are you wanting to use the sample.aef file you attached? I tried a different system script and it does not have the "are you still there" prompt.
