Your comment is correct, the called number is the leacy number. The called number is not ported over to our SIP trunk yet so I have to relay upon AT&T to forward the number on their side rather the use a translation pattern and a mask on CUCM.Called...
also in the Polycom UI on the codec you have to tell the endpoint what the publicfacing address is that it will be NAT'd to as well as tell it that NAT is in use or else it will not work throughthe firewall.
