How to create tunnels using SNMP?

HelloI want to create MPLS tunnels using SNMP but it seems that Cisco supports only read-only operations on their MPLS TE mib.I couldn't find any reference on how to create a tunnel interface either. Does anyone have any suggestions?Thanks!
