Hi Inayath,i sent this question to Cisco partner help and got this:The Cisco SKU CISCO881GW-GN-E-K9 uses the 3G module PCEX-3G-HSPA-G and since the modem PCEX-3G-HSPA-G had EOSed, indirectly, CISCO881GW-GN-E-K9 EOSed as well.But thanks anyway.
Hi johncaston Maybe you've got e1 VWICs, not WICs?If so, try adding 'pri-group timeslots ...' command to controller e1 configuration.e1 WICs won't be any good with PBXs.
