Using personal communicator 8.0.1 and it works fine. We need to upgrade to 8.5.6 and when we do we get a login fail everytime. What are we missing?

Ok to give you guys more info we are running CM version 8.0.2 and CUPC 8.0.1 which works great all features included. We are trying to run CUPC version 8.5.6. When we try to log in it gives us a login failed. I was told they are compatible then I was...
