Our customer's internal domain host is down. We use SMTP routing to communicate with the Exchange server. I want to know: will IronPort automatically retry delivery when the host status is marked as down?

SBRS not enabled in message tracking

Hello, When i randomly check the message tracking why i see SBRS : not enabled, when i check then sender group configuration there is sbrs score configuration. Based on my understanding in message tracking should show the sbrs score.
