I currently have a bunch of the 7841 Phones and the time shows in 24hr time. My timezone is set in the admin portal, but it still shows the time in a 24hr format. Is there a way to change this or should I make this a feature request?

Jonas,I did indeed use an LDAP filter to remove any users that do not have the "telephoneNumber" populated in Active Directory. This requires manual attention in Active Directory, but solves my issue.Thanks again,John
If the directory sync is the same as it is for Spark (Which it should be). It will delete any users that it does not find in your active directory. You can filter by OU or use other LDAP filters. If you wanted to use a generic account, you'd have to ...
