Cisco 3005 VPN ... Client connects but cant hit resources behind VPN router

Vpn client (Win XP Pro with all Service Packs and updates) 4.8.00.0440 gets an IP address from VPN router 3005. I see in monitoring that IP is assigned to client. But client cannot ping anything on our network. Just got report that Vista using 5.0...
