Cat 4500 upgrade help

Hi we are currently running a Catalyst 4500 Sup4 with an ios image 12.1(12c)EW2. The current ios is an affected image and a replacement image 12.2(25)EWA10 is recommended by cisco. Can I upgrade to this release for free?ThanksJimbo

Hi I have recently configured AAA. when the server is running everything is fine but when the server is unreachable i'm locked out. How can I put a default username and password on for when the server is unreachableThanks
