Calls drop occasionally/intermittantly between SX10 & SX20 endpoints over the internet to a conf. bridge. Call path is:
SX10> VCS-C#1> VCS-E #1- internet > VCS-E #2 > VCS-C #2 > Conf Bridge
Haven't had a chance to look at them yet. I'll be in there Thur. Per the users, calls seem to drop at random intervals. Sometimes calls will carry on for long periods with no issue and other times calls drop intermediately over and over again.
