We have a number of Cisco 2950 48 ports switches and have discovered that they have lost the configuration for no apparent reason. Has anyone come across the same problem?

Services show the servers are down

We have 2 servers link into the CSS switch. I am able to ping the servers from the CSS switch but when I do a show service command, the servers are shown as being down.Any help would be appreciated.
