I configured a 3850 switch as a mobility controller and a 3650 switch as a mobility agent, and a light weight AP 2700 joined with no issue.
the AP joined the agent and i can push the config to it through the agent only and i cannot see it or configur...

I activated the AP count license.

the controller is on evaluation license it can take 50 APs and its expiring in 90 days.
the version is 3.6.6 on both and yes i restarted both.
