Does anybody know how to pull the task ID that is created everytime a call comes in. The field is under the real time reporting activity page. I am just trying to get a unique indentifer for every call to store in a database.

If you are a user you can go the Cisco CallManager User Options webpage. Ip address or hostname of the call manager box /ccmuser.(EX:192.168.185.10/ccmuser) From there you can forward calls for each line a IP phone has.Jeremy Land
