Thanks, @Reza Sharifi .I opened a TAC case and we re-provisioned the unit with missing files by copying the .BIN file from active switch to the standby with the missing files then doing:software install file flash-1:cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.02.03...

Thanks, Joseph. Understood. We had a power outage last week and I can see the stack came back up using the .BIN files in the sub-directory. Not using the original .TAR file to boot the IOS.
