I have 4 3550 switches clustered and have just purchase a new 3550. I dont want to add this new switch to the clust but want to link the switches so that I can see the rest of the network. ie the equivalent to pressing the uplink button on a cheaper ...

Is it possible to write configuration scripts that you could then run as a batch file to configure a router? And if so could someone point me in the right direction for finding out how to write them, ie what language etc.
