When you have subgroups in the DMM, if you only schedule the main group will all of the subgroups get that scheduling? I want to break up some DMPs by markets to give them different price points, but if we revert to single pricing, it would be nice to only schedule one presentation. Hope that makes sense.

There were 2+gigs of internal storage remaining. I was using FileZilla to transfer. IT ended up pulling the unit. It also was not saving configuration changes.

Failed DMP deployment of a video presentation containing 3 videos less than 50mb total. DMM 5.2.2 DMP 4400 5.2.2.1 Error Message: Not able to set FTP permissions. Exception message is The IFMS DMP MIB utility could not connect to the DMP to fetch the DMP's MIB. I tried to ftp videos directly to the DMP and was unable to. The first video appeared to transfer. Then disappeared from the directory. "ftp server" and "read and write" are on. Anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Tomas, Thanks for your help. I'm not the administrator of the system, just a content creator. This is what I got from the administrator. We only have 4400s and they are running 5.2. The content is stored on an external server. He said they haven't tested from a DMP, because that is not how it will be used. The lag is consistent. It doesn't appear on the source files when played through vlc. The files are 720p about 5 Mbps or less created with Adobe Media Encoder or Telestream Episode. We've used both straight MPEG-2 and h.264 transport streams. My guess is that it has something to do with the servers, but that is not my area of expertise. Hope this info helps.

We've been having issues with the audio not coming in at the start of videos coming from a 4400. This occurs with straight mpeg 2 and h.264 transport streams. Our work around has been starting videos with a few seconds of silent footage. Anyone else experienced this problem?

Anyone have experience creating h.264 transport streams to play with DMPs using Telestream Episode? Reading through some of the posts I see people talking about transport streams with a .mpg extension. Are you manually changing the extension from .ts? I am a content creator, not an administrator of the system. The administrator wants bitrates under 5 Mbps for 720p content, and we are hoping the h.264 will look better at this bitrate.
