So the instructions on how to generate an RCA file has this really cool step where you can CURL the file to the TAC CASE directly. And the documents on the cisco site even have teh instructions to do so...curl -T /data/rca/{FILENAME} -u {TACKEY} http...
It appears that the send function is using the hostname and not the FQDN. This needs to be fixed. As MODERN email systems will not pass email addresses without the FQDN.... or even something even close....
