I facing the same setup as with 7925G phones.
Have solved the certificate in the 7925 but have i problems with the ise config.
How did you set up the authentication and Authorization Policy in the ise to get it to work?

I confirm it that it work with 7.0.116.0 and NAT enable on the mgmt interface, both the outside OE 1142 AP and the inside 1142 APs finds the controller.So i seems that the bug has been fixed..:)
Sorry im using AP1142..:)As it is right now i cant change the MGMT adress on the wlc...:(Will try to upgrade the controller under day and see if it makes NAT to work
