Have you checked the VLAN information on the switch and router to make sure that the IP range and subent are big enough? Also check your DHCP server, if you're using one, to make sure that the addresses are available.
Be sure to also check the NIC on the server. I've found a few that were tempermental. If it has 2 NICs try the other or swap NICs from a known good server.
