Hi Andrew,Apologies I should have closed this earlier, you're right it is the hardware, specifically the sierra wireless module on the HWIC that died. I was able to transplant modems between HWICs to prove this was the case.

Hi Nicolas,I appreciate the quick response however I'm not using a radius server, I'm using a TACACs server and the options for retry and retransmit that work for Radius don't appear to be available for TACACs.Any other ideas?
