As I search in cisco.com and found that seems 1720 hardware not support 802.1q. Is it true?

can anyone provide a link that can download ACS 3.0 trial version?as I need to do a upgrade from 2.5 to 3.1. The link provided Cisco ( http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cs-acs-win )seems don't have this. Can anyone help?Thanks
