What CPU loading MSFC, PFC, DFC or general loading of these CPUs does the «show processes cpu»  command show?

Good day.We have a Multilayer switch Cisco Catalist 6506-e. On the switch module supervisor VS-S720-10G is fixed, it has MSFC3 and PFC3. What commands can help me see the CPU load on the MSFC3 and PFC3?
