Problem with VPN Client and Third Party Dial-up Application

Context = VPN Client 3.5.x Windows 2000 ProWhen I use the command mode "vpnclient connect "test", where test is my .pcf file, it can't launch the third Party Dial-up Application that is configured in my .pcf file.
