Hi, I had the same problem and found if the file was located to deep in the local machines file directory the update tool would fail. I placed the .tar file i n the root directory and the tool then worked perfectly. Hope this helps.Regards,Kevin
Hi Brandon,I have had this same issue.Is your ICD line anything but line one.The only way I could get the CAD to dial was to make the ICD line , line 1.I have raised this with the TAC and this problem should be fixed with SR 2.Hope it helps
