The RAID Controller has detected a Degraded Virtual Drive. The orange light indicates the RAID-set is rebuilding. Use "storcli" for example to check this: "/opt/MegaRAID/storcli/storcli64 /c0 showDgrd and Rbld should be seen in the output somewhere....
