I've noticed! *lol* What I've found about resetting passwords seems to assume you're in priveledged EXEC already - which would be part of the problem, really. I can do a dir flash:. This is what I get:54209 drwx 4096 . 2 drwx 4096 ...

I have... there doesn't appear to be a "config.text" file in the flash: directory, and it's giving me an unknown cmd error on load_helper.
