Hi,Some older phone firmware releases (e.g. 9.3.2) don't support "URI Dialing enhancement". Therefore you need to upgrade to a newer release (e.g 9.3.4) which supports “URI dialing enhancement”.I my case this solved the problem.Cheers,Thomas
