You will need to get with your Cisco Account Team to get this feature turned on. There is something that the provisioning team will have to turn on in order for this to become available to your site.
Can you please give some more information on this? Are you using the Full Outlook Client? OWA?Do you have your site configured with SSO? There really isn't much information in this post to assist you with, unfortunately.
