try 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.46.1.6.1.1.5 to get the native vlan on the port and then check if it is the vlans on the trunk .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.46.1.6.1.1.4 (you will need to decode this response to get the list of the vlans)
