I was hoping there was a method where we could just downgrade the severity of the alert, as they are somewhat meaningful but potentially not as high a severity as what Cisco suggests. Is there potential here for this 'lockout' to be lifted or?
I'm also very interested to know exactly what event this message is in response to and why has it been coded as Severity level 2 Critical.We have the exact same issue with it triggering our event monitoring.
